Commissioning involves systematic review of the design, installation and functional testing of the building and systems to ensure all systems operate and interact as intended, meeting the owner’s needs. To achieve efficiency goals, HCYU offers in-depth commissioning of systems during construction, and throughout the life of your facility.

Our hands-on approach begins in the design phase and continues through the warranty phase to ensure proper system operation. We will work with you to make sure that at the substantial completion of the construction process you will have a fully functioning facility that meets the requirements and standards of its design.
