HC Yu and Associates, Consulting Engineers (HCYU) is a multidisciplinary, Richmond, VA based, consulting engineering firm providing a wide range professional engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, telecomm, security, central utility, energy conservation and commissioning. Our specialty is providing sustainable (LEED) designs for high-tech / high performance buildings for laboratory, health care, and higher education projects.

HCYU is dedicated to Building Information Modeling (BIM). As an early adopter of Revit® MEP and Navisworks®, we are a leader in the collaborative design process and fully support BIM and IPD concepts.
