What's the best way to send drawings to HCYU?

We prefer to receive files in compressed ZIP format via email. Files over 12MB in size must be sent on CD or posted to our FTP site.
How can we post files to your FTP?
HCYU clients can contact us to request a user name and password. Once a request is made an account can be ready in as little as 10 minutes. Point your web browser or FTP client software to ftp://www.hcyu.com and enter your user name and password. You will automatically be directed to your private project folder.
What CAD software do you use?
All of our Engineers and Designers are using AutoCAD version 2007. We are also exploring the new features and capabilities of Revit Systems.
We are still using 2004 (or earlier). Is it compatible with 2007?
Yes. By default we save all drawings in AutoCAD 2004 format, however upon request we can easily save your drawings to 2000 format. We do not save to R14.
We use ADT or LDT. Do you have any trouble with these drawings?
Typically, no. It is our standard practice to explode and purge all AEC objects in ADT & LDT drawings we receive in an effort to ensure drawing stability.
What other types of software do you use?
For general office applications we use standard MS Office XP and Adobe Acrobat. Additionally we utilize several discipline specific software products for producing timely and accurate calculations.
