The Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View, is a department of Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center. HCYU provided shell and core MEP/FP, Energy Management Controls Engineering Design Services for entire 81,500 SF, three floor Medical Office Building. In addition, HCYU designed the MEP/FP fit-out of the first floor, home to the Harbour View Cancer Institute.
